She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene R. Hoffman, Sr.; her parents, Alvin Zeller and Naomi Zeller (Keener); and her siblings, Anna Mae Wolf, Betty Light, Joan Mauser, Curits, Harry and Warren Zeller.
She is survived by: her sons, Eugene R. Hoffman, Jr. of Lebanon, William Hoffman (Beverly) of Lebanon and Franklin G. Hoffman (Jodi) of Newmanstown; her siblings, Bernice (Walden Dodd) of West Virginia, Ruth Ford of Texas and Robert Zeller (Patricia) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, William Hoffman, Jr., Christopher Hoffman and Morgan Hoffman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
