She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Keiper and Naomi Keiper (Whitcraft); her former husband Vernon Sweigart; her husband Charles DeLancey; and her son Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Dona), Karen Keppley (James), Anthony Ambra (Elaine), Michael, Gina (Rod Fisher) and Angela Bainbridge (John); and her nieces, Shirley Achey, Marjorie Burkins and Grace Reider. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
