He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Wise and Marie C. Wise. He is survived by: his close friend Donna M. Borgnis; and his siblings, Kenneth Wise (Patsy), Janet Pitera (Sal) and Joyce Reno. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends.
