Richard D. Hummel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard D. Hummel of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, born in Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Lengel Hummel; his parents, William Hummel and Lillian Fidler Hummel; and his siblings, William, Edward Hummel, Jackie Digler, Dorothy Frazer and Amelia Pieffer.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy (John Zohner) of Hershey, Dawn Beck, Tom Weaber of Bethel, Kristen (Timothy Basehore) of Myerstown and Dale (Jennifer Hummel) of Lititz; and his siblings, Edna (Tracy Colemanzine) of Philadelphia and LeRoy (Mary Hummel) of Lebanon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu flowers memorial contributions in Richard's memory may be made to Lebanon County Humane Society.
