He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Rutter (Hixenheiser); his son Dennis Rutter (Sherri); his grandchildren, David Rutter and Stacy Sites; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Madison, Caleb, Allysun Rutter, Heather Ruhl and Kenneth Sites; and his siblings, William Rutter Jr. and Kay Strickler.
