He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen S. Tobias (Snyder); and his parents, David Tobias and Elsie Tobias (Schoener). He is survived by: his children, Susan (Anthony Weihrauch) of Lebanon, Sharon (Chris Riegel) of Womelsdorf and James (Crystal Tobias) of Lebanon; his granddaughters, Melissa and Susan; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Destini and Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
