She was predeceased by: her husband Carl A. Heffner; her parents, Earl R. Leiby and Emily C. Leiby (Hawthorne); and her siblings, Dennis E., William E., Jack D. Leiby and Dolores G. Fitterling.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas L. Heffner, Dale E. Heffner and Denise R. (Lt); and her brother Donald H. Leiby. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
