He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Brightbill and Margaret Brightbill (Brown); and his siblings, Richard Brightbill and Blanche Harlan. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley L. (Wagner); his children, Jodi L. (Raymond Eisenhour) of Richland and Brian T. Brightbill (Pamela) of Lebanon; his grandsons, Jason, Matthew, Lucas, Jeremy and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Karisa, Kadin, Hailie, Tori, Tyler, Kilee, Nathan, Natalie and Lucina; and his siblings, Agnes Chamberlain of Montana, James Brightbill of Bethel and Lonnie Brightbill of Lebanon. He is also survived by 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Norm was a member of Tiadaghton Sportsman Club, Haneyville Fire Co., NRA, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, United Sportsman of PA, Blue Mountain Snowmobile Club, and Mt. Gretna Snowmobile Club.
