He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Flaiz and Agnes Flaiz (Koetters); and his brother Jim Flaiz. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Flaiz (Hill); his children, Timothy A. Flaiz (Tania), William C. Flaiz and Jennifer B. (Andrew Schmitt); his grandsons, Xavier and Zachary Flaiz; and his sister Mary (Robert Brown).
