She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Z. Shott; her parents, Harry Phillippy and Carrie Phillippy (Elliott); and her brother Harold J. Phillippy. She is survived by: her son Brian H. Shott (Donna) of Newmanstown; her grandsons, Trent and Tyler Shott; her sister Lucille J. Spangler (Ronald) of Myerstown; and her sister-in-law Matilda Phillippy of Palmyra.
