He is survived by: his father Gary Gerhart; his daughter Zoey Madison Gerhart; his girlfriend Ann Houck; his siblings, Natasha, Brittny Spangler, George Wike, Jared Wike, George Spangler, Justin Good and Anthony Wiester; his grandparents, Shirley, Clyde Hartranft and Mary Gerhart; his uncles, Kevin Hartranft and Dave Gerhart; and his nephews, Landon Mohr and Addan Hartranft. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
