He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Polynone (Snyder). He is survived by: his father George Paul Polynone; his wife Christine L. Polynone (Muckle); and his children, Jerimiah Polynone (Devon), Brittany Brown (Tim), Michelle Levengood (Seth), Anthony Polynone (Kaitlin), Jade Polynone, Brandon Polynone and Emily Polynone. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 brothers; and 1 sister.
