He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardy Fox and Mildred Stamm Fox; and his daughter Christina Fox. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. McCue Fox; his children, Sherri Behney (Jay) of Myerstown, David Fox (Heather) of Lebanon, Daniel Fox (Vanessa) of Newmanstown and Harry "Rusty" L. Fox, Jr. (Julie) of Fredericksburg; and his brother Larry Fox (Judy) of Fredericksburg.
