Matalenas of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, born in Girardville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Matalenas and Mary A. Matalenas (Balchus); and his brother Michael Matalenas. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Matalenas (Schott); his children, Sulynn Rogers of Phoenixville, Jeffrey (Iris Matalenas) of Frederick, MD, James (Nancy Matalenas) of Kennesaw, GA and George (Renee Matalenas) of Dupont; his grandchildren, Amanda, Laura, Zachary, Jessica and Jim; and his brother Tom (Marion Matalenas) of Bound Brook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
