He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Kennedy and Geraldine B. Kennedy (Spatz). He is survived by: his sister Georgene K. Hobwood (Carl Hobwood) of Robesonia; his niece Heather M. Noecker; his nephew Christopher S. Noecker; and his great-niece Miranda B. Noecker.
