He was predeceased by: his father Frank C. Noonan, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dori (Hacker); his children, Sean of Sarasota, Courtney Katos of Lititz and Madeline Noonan of Raleigh; his sister Jane (James "Reds" Long); and his grandchildren, Rylan Noonan and Makenneth Katos.
