She was predeceased by: her husband Neil G. "Hokie" Hoke; her parents, Victor W. Smith and Hilda M. Smith (Swonger); and her siblings, Darline Stauffer, Victor Smith, Jr. and Larry Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Charline (William Peters) of Lebanon; and her sister Janet (William Raynes) of Myerstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
