He was predeceased by: his parent Levi B.; and his sister Betty Simonsen. He is survived by: his parent Esther R. Cramp (Kochel); his daughters, Linda L. Davis of Roswell, GA and Ann M.; his spouse Terry A. Fisher of Penn Twp; his grandchildren, Heather, Seth and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Patrick, Baxter and Samuel.
