He is survived by: his daughter Debra (Robert J. Dellinger) of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Jason Dellinger (Janie) and Jennelle; his spouse Brock Kapp; and his siblings, Darlene Webber, Linda Enders and Verling Wolfe. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
