He was predeceased by: his sister Beverly Vanneman; and his parents, Charles E., Sr. and Luella Williams (Shue). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. Williams (Yearick); his daughters, Karen Williams (Ginny Petzinger) of Whitehouse Station, NJ and Amy (Graham Copeland) of Merion Station, PA.; and his pet Lily.
