He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann "Lightner" Sincavage; his children, Charles II (Christy) of Nokomis, FL, David (Lisa) of Nokomis, FL and Sheila (Dale) of Myerstown, PA; his brother Jerome (Marie) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his grandchildren, Alex, Charles III, Carlee, Nicholas and Samantha; and his great grandchild Elizabeth.
