He is survived by: his parents, Michael J. Pietrak (Rosalie Gagliano) of Enola and Monique J. Swartswelder (Frank) of Myerstown; and his siblings, Michelle Swartswelder and Joseph Pietrak of Myerstown. He is also survived by two step-sisters; two step-brothers; and several nieces and nephews.
