He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pitcock Liptak of Muse; his children, George Liptak (Mallory) of Robinson, Justin of Muse, Brandon Liptak of Muse, Autumn Kotfis (Ron) of Cecil and Amber Vanderlee (Jimmy) of Canonsburg; his siblings, Theodore Liptak (Aurelia) of Canonsburg, Debbie Parker of Canonsburg and Judith Levy of Canonsburg; his grandchildren, Stephanie Schultz, Dominic McCormick, Tyler Liptak, Skylar Liptak, Ashlyn Liptak and Jaxton Liptak; and his great grandchild Carter Partee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
