She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Ozarowski and Jim Ozarowski. She is survived by: her boyfriend Daniel Lemon, II; her son Daniel Lemon, III; her siblings, Paula Witkowsky (Ed) and Steve Ozarowski; her aunts, A. Lorrie Dellovade, Joan Petro (Charles) and Barbara Moore (Richard); her stepmother Janet Ozarowski; and also Catherine "Katy". She is also survived by many nephews, cousins and a niece.

The family asks that you either send flowers or make a donation in Charlene's name to the American Cancer Society.
