She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Mahoney; her children, Shannon VanKirk (Eric), Kelly Klink and Jason Mahoney; her grandchildren, Arya, Ava, Athena and Adalynn; and her siblings, Jim Madden, Linda Madden, Dana Mediate (John) and Erin Carlisle (Jim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
