Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cavin McDermott and Gretta Chapple McDermott; her husband Ralph W. McIntire Jr.; and her siblings, Gretta Mae Magee, Marlene Burkett and Thomas McDermott.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph W. McIntire III and Laurie McIntire Gredence of Murrysville; her granddaughter Alexandra (Matthew Andromalos); and her great grandchild Cora. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
