He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McHugh and Jeanne McHugh (Dillon); and his father-in-law George Behun Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tracey McHugh (Behun); his daughter Ashley Kern (Rob); his grandchildren, Aiden, Connor and Adalynn; his siblings, Kathleen Ferri (Bill), Colleen Ruebel (Carl), Norma Wardle (Stephen) and Bill McHugh (Amy); and his mother-in-law Eileen Behun. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
