She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Leslie and LaNelle Underhill (Hester); her husband William Sidney Cazort; and her siblings, Alan, Martha and Neil.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Burlew (Craig), Dee Upshur (Tom) and Wendy Dodge; and her siblings-in-law, Jo Underhill and Earl Crowley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
