She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her daughters, Stacey Miller (John), Denise Guzik (Brian) and Jennifer Slike (David); and her grandchildren, Dennis, Grant, Olivia, Natalie Miller, Gabriella, Taylor, Skye Guzik, Mia and David Slike.
