She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Kavel and Steffie Kavel (Sukanovich); and her brother Sam Kavel Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Van Voorhis; her sons, Lee Van Voorhis and Gregg Van Voorhis; and her grandchildren, Colton, Alexa, Aidan and Keira.
