She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Fulcher (Pat) of Charleston, WV, Mark R. Fulcher (Lina) of South Elgin, IL and Mary Lou Focht (Steve) of Tumwater, WA; her daughter-in-law Becky Fulcher (John) of Findlay, OH; and her siblings, Eleanor Carroll and Daniel Chiarella. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
