She is survived by: her boyfriend Don Albensi; her children, William Urick Jr. (Barbara), Robert Urick (Willa) and Beth Ann Seaman (Dave); her grandchildren, Madalyn Strittmatter (Corey), Gabrielle Wilkerson (Troy), Abigail Urick, Angela Tuulaupua (Jon), Anthony Jones (Ashley) and Robert Urick; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Skye, Justin, Gemma and Robert; and her nieces and nephews, Clarence Albensi, Jean Albensi, Ray Albensi (Tristy), Debbie Cardamome (Duane), Cara Lombardi (Josh) and Jon Cardamone (Karly). She is also survived by four great nieces and nephews.
