He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Ann Wehrer; his children, Dwayne Wehrer, Gale Wehrer and Shawn Wehrer; his grandchildren, Haley Wigand, Kelcie Zapf, Kaycie Wehrer, Paytin Wehrer, Zachary Wehrer and Skyler Faynor; his great grandchildren, Carson, Adalaya and James; his siblings, Rebecca "Becky" Wehrer and Wyona Rompala (Charles); and his nephew Jason Rompala.
