He is survived by: his parent Mary Hess (Redinger); his children, Pamela Bugel (Wayne) of North Carolina, Amy Hartzer (Larry) of Whitaker, Tom Hess Jr (Cathy), Bill Hess (Jim Pollard) of Indiana, Mary Jo Pasay (Denis) of Munhall and Tina Mattis (Bill) of West Mifflin; and his siblings, John Hess (Becky) of Florida and Robert Hess (Millie) of South Park. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
