She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Cerda and Mary Cerda (Bracco); her husband John A. Milanak; her grandson Mark Milanak; her great grandchild Daniel; and her siblings, Joseph, Michael Cerda and Mary Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Milanak (Carol), Alan Milanak (Kathleen) and Richard Milanak (Catherine); her grandchildren, Kimberly Watton (Tyler), Timothy Milanak (Nancy), Jennifer Milanak, Katelyn Milanak, Emily Milanak and Luke Milanak; her great grandchildren, Madeline, Isaac, Claire and Jacob; and her sisters, Rose Marie Harkovich (late Michael) and Helen Bohr (late Edward). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
