He is survived by: his child David Asmonga (Jennifer Kondas); his stepchild Kelly Deffenbaugh (Tony Mastrilli); his siblings, Nancy Benedetti, Arthur Asmonga, Noreen Sekerski, Leona Gress, Judy Asmonga, Mary Lou Gedman and JoAnne Sedlak; and his grandchildren, Amanda Asmonga, Olivia, Jonna and Jack Mastrilli. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Animal Rescue or the Kidney Foundation.
