She was predeceased by: her brother Gary. She is survived by: her husband Gary F. Lachappell; her sons, Craig Lachappell (Karen) of Castle Shannon and Mark Lachappell (Sarah) of Rochester, PA; and her siblings, Cindy Stallard (George) and David. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
