She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fanty and Elizabeth Fanty (Ignatz); her husband Stanley Slowik; her son Lee Hoffman; her brother Robert Fanty; her grandchild Elisha; and her great grandchild Julian Hoffman.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Cheryl Houser (Jim), Debi Slowik, Fred Slowik (Kathy) and Kathleen Schemm (Gary); her grandchildren, Jenny Leschak, Steven Marone, Jeremy Hoffman, Tricia Hoffman, Diana Koenig (Matt), Christine Steiner (Matt), Stephani, Christopher Thomas and James Hoffman; her stepgrandchildren, Chase and Haley; her great grandchildren, Ciarra Brunson, Peyton Beharry, Ava Davis, James Hoffman, Abbey, Austin and Lilly Steiner; her sister Dolores Maccarone; her pet Rambo; and her children, Kitty, Angel, Smokey, Darla, Tink and Precious. She is also survived by nieces, cousins, friends.
