He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Fleming, Sr. and Barb Fleming (Roach); and his brothers, Jack H. and Blaine P. "Pat" Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Angela Fleming (Strasick); his children, Jamie Ramsey (John) and Megan Moss (Jason); his grandchildren, Lauren Moody (Tanner Steinkopf), Emma Moss and Elisabeth Moss; and his sisters, Terri S. Middleton (David) and Kellie Fleming. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A committal service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
