He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Ann (Salem). He is survived by: his wife Michaelene (Ferchak); his brothers, Bernard (Betty) and David (Charlotte); his sons, Robb (Mary) and Michael (Susan); his grandsons, Luke, Adam, Theo and Charlie; and his great grandchild Cade. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
