He is survived by: his children, Dale Spirnak (Michele) of Munhall, Jacqueline Spirnak of Bridgeville, Gary Spirnak of California, Donna Greiner of Indiana, Karen Allen (Richard) of Tennessee, David Spirnak of Texas and Ray Spirnak of Indiana; his grandchildren, Eric, Nicholas Greiner, Mark, John Spirnak and Lauren Poland; his great grandchild Vivian Poland; and his sister Eleanor.
