He was predeceased by: his father John Maddigan (Jack). He is survived by: his mother Alice Maddigan (Redpath); his wife Shirley (Shanoski); his children, Shane Maddigan (Michelle), Michael Maddigan (Nicole), Allison Blewitt (Shane) and Cara Moser (Steve); his grandchildren, Marissa (Nate), Grace, Kyler, Nathan, Jackson, Addison, Maya and Ava; his great grandchild Atlas; and his siblings, Karen Martin (late Rege), Coleen Wierzchowski (Matthew) and Jack Maddigan (late Lisa). He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, and friends.
