She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sisco and Willa Mae Sisco; her husband Charles Williams; her daughter Angela Williams Ellis; her sister Geraldine Burks; and her cousins, Joyce Harris and Jacquet Bazemore.
She is survived by: her children, Winston Moseley Jr. (Dorcas), Steven Paul Moseley, Herman Tadd Moseley, Michael Williams, Cameron Smith-Williams, Miesha Williams, Tamika and Temisha Williams; and her brothers, Vincent and Carl Sisco (Karen). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many foster children.
