She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tkach and Elsie Tkach (Timms); her husband David A Hess; and her sister Irene Gustashaw. She is survived by: her children, Albert Havrilla (Tashani), Patricia Proffitt (Stephen), Kimberly Garman (Todd), Thomas Hess, Laura Wagner, Cody Hess and Valerie Hess; her stepdaughter Karen Zekany (Jerry); and her siblings, Edward, Ronald, George, Sheila Steele, Louise Strang, Linda Karadus, Wilma Walkowski and John Tkach. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
