She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Smith and Thelma Smith (Thomas); her husbands, John Kennedy and Frank McIntosh; her daughter Virginia Lenkner; her grandson John; and her brother Glenn Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Baumiller (David) and Patricia Kostovny; her stepsons, Greg McIntosh (Karen) and Richard McIntosh; her grandchildren, Lori (Tim), Leah, Tom (Tracey) and Holly; her great grandchildren, Justin (Tori), Brian, Jillian and Ashley; and her great great grandchild Carly.
