Spirnak; her children, Dale Spirnak (Michelle) of Munhall, Jacqueline Spirnak of Bridgeville, Gary Spirnak of California, Donna Greiner of Indiana, Karen Allen (Richard) of Tennessee, David Spirnak of Texas and Ray Spirnak of Indiana; her grandchildren, Eric, Nicholas Greiner, Mark, John Spirnak and Lauren Poland; and her great grandchild Vivian Poland.
