She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Polinsky and Anna Polinsky (Horgos). She is survived by: her cousins, Mary Lisa McVay (John) of Wexford and Mary Grace Glace (Mitchell) of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by cousins and extended family.
