He was predeceased by: his grandparent Bernard Pollack. He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Pollack of Munhall and Karen Pollack (Scott) of Munhall; his child Landen Pollack; his sibling Jason Pollack (Isabelle); his grandparents, Frances, Alice, Granny and Baumiller; and also Zelda Pollack.
