With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucien Ramsey (Munhall, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrington Ramsey and Virginia Appell Ramsey; his wife Lois Jeanie Ramsey; and his siblings, James H. Ramsey II and Joy Schussett.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Jacque Ramsey Smith (Edward D. Smith); his sister Antoinette "Toni" Ramsey Bittner; his grandchildren, Cory E. Smith (Abby Smith), Courtney E. Smith and Ciersten M. Smith; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella E. Smith, Gracie L. Smith and Graydon C. Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home (3511 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hills Church (199 Old Clairton Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15236).
