She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence M. "Larry" Kuhn, Jr.; and her parents, Andrew Tarcak and Ann Tarcak (Mihalko). She is survived by: her children, Laura Zupan (late Matthew) and Lynn DeLuca (Eugene); her grandsons, Jeffrey Zupan and Brendon Beardmore; her siblings, Shirley Bianco and Bob Tarcak; and her sister-in-law Joanne Pastirik (Dave). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
